The Problem

Stop relying on referrals and inbound.

Referrals, networking, inbound, whatever you're doing right now, it's not built to scale.

01

Your pipeline runs on hope

Referrals dry up. Inbound is inconsistent. One quiet month and your revenue forecast is gone. If you can't point to a system that puts qualified buyers on your calendar every week, you don't have a pipeline, you have momentum.

02

SDRs and ads burn cash first

Hiring an SDR takes three to six months to ramp and costs salary plus overhead before they book a single qualified call. Paid ads eat budget testing audiences and creatives with no guarantee of pipeline. Both burn cash before you see a return.

03

Cold email in-house is a nightmare

Domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability, spam filters, copywriting, list building, reply handling. Every piece is a full-time job. One wrong setting and you're landing in spam for weeks before anyone notices.

There's a better way

Stop chasing pipeline. Start taking calls that are already booked.

Why Blackthorn

We only get paid when you get results.

Every other agency wants a retainer for potential. We bill on booked qualified calls. If we don't put prospects on your calendar, we don't get paid.

Pay per booked call

No retainer for promises. You pay a flat tech fee for infrastructure and then per qualified call that lands on your calendar. No call, no charge. Our incentive is to book calls that convert, not to keep you paying for potential.

We own the entire tech layer

Domains, inboxes, sending software, deliverability monitoring, all under our accounts, all managed by us. You never touch a sending tool, never manage an inbox, never worry about landing in spam. We own the infrastructure so you don't have to.

Billed on booked calls, not show-ups

We bill on qualified calls that book on your calendar, not on calls that show up. If we billed on show-ups, we'd price in your sales team's performance and raise the per-call rate to cover no-shows we can't control. You pay for what we deliver, not what your closer converts.

You keep everything if you leave

Email copy, follow-up sequences, lead lists, campaign assets. If we part ways, every deliverable walks with you. Month to month, no minimum commitment, no lock-in. We earn your business every month or you leave with your assets intact.

Our Process

The system that fills your calendar.

Every step below is handled by us. You tell us about your offer and we do the rest, from building your ideal client profile to booking qualified prospects onto your calendar.

01
Week 1

Strategy & ICP

We define your ideal client profile, map your target market, and build the foundation for the entire campaign. You tell us about your offer and we translate it into a targeting strategy.

02
Weeks 1 to 2

List & Infrastructure

We build and verify your lead list, set up sending domains and inboxes, run warmup, and configure the sending infrastructure. Everything is under our accounts and managed by us.

03
Weeks 2 to 4

Copy & Launch

We write your cold email copy and follow-up sequences, then launch sending at controlled volume. Inbox warmup takes two to four weeks before volume sending stabilizes.

04
Ongoing

Replies & Qualification

We monitor inboxes, handle replies, qualify leads against your ICP, and separate interested buyers from tire-kickers. Only prospects who match your criteria and have the actual problem move forward.

05
Ongoing

Booking & Optimization

Qualified prospects get booked directly onto your calendar. We A/B test subject lines and copy, refine the list based on reply data, and send weekly performance reports. Calls land within the first week of sending.

What You Get

Everything you get

Everything on the left is handled by us, start to finish. The only thing on you is showing up to the calls and closing them.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking a call.

01

How fast will I see calls on my calendar?

Inbox warmup takes two to four weeks before volume sending stabilizes. Once sending begins at full volume, you can expect calls to start landing on your calendar within the first week. The full picture, consistent call volume with optimized copy and targeting, typically takes 45 to 60 days from onboarding. We don't promise overnight results, we build a system that compounds.

02

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly tech fee covers your sending infrastructure, domains, inboxes, software, and deliverability management. On top of that, you pay per qualified call that books on your calendar. No retainer for promises, no hidden fees. Exact pricing depends on your market and deal size, and we'll walk through the math on the call to make sure the economics work for your business before you commit.

03

What happens if a booked call no-shows?

We bill on booked qualified calls, not on show-ups. A no-show doesn't reduce your invoice. Here's why: if we billed on show-ups, we'd have to price in your sales team's performance and raise the per-call rate to cover no-shows we can't control. Show rate is driven by your pre-call follow-up, scheduling process, and offer strength. We handle pre-call email confirmations, but attending the call is your side of the equation.

04

Do I need to provide anything?

Yes, but not much. Within seven days of onboarding we need your ICP, offer details, any testimonials or case studies, calendar access, and any existing messaging you want us to reference. After that, we handle everything. You never touch a sending tool, never manage an inbox, never worry about deliverability. Your only ongoing job is showing up to the calls we book and closing them.

05

What counts as a qualified call?

A prospect who matches your ideal client profile (industry, company size, revenue range, location), has the actual problem your offer solves (not just “interested to learn more”), indicates they have budget or can afford your solution, has decision-making power, and books a specific time slot on your calendar. Attending the call is not part of qualification. If a prospect meets all five criteria and books, the call is qualified and payment is due.

06

What if I want to stop working with you?

Either party can terminate with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing month. You pay for all qualified calls delivered through that date, no prorating, no mid-month cutoffs. Month to month, no minimum commitment. When you leave, you keep every deliverable: email copy, follow-up sequences, lead lists, and campaign assets. Sending infrastructure stays under our accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
